I’ve always loved working with websites and when I was just starting out as a newbie realtor© I had to have one–that was in 1995–back then, websites were pretty clunky and very few agents had one–some didn’t even use email (and could you blame them–dial up modems were not so fast back then). Over the years I’ve tried many different options to build sites–everything from high-end web developers and Square Space to pre-built sites and leased websites.
At some point I got smart and decided to build a site upon Word Press and so began my love of the WP platform and in particular Studio Press themes. This blog is hosted by WP Engine.
Before starting this blog, I had created several other real estate sites which I still run today–one for my company and one for a community that I love.
This is not just a property search site
This site is all about hyper-local content that is specific to Scottsdale. Listings are nice and you can find them here, but over the years, I’ve found that buyers and sellers also want answers to specific questions. If you cannot find an answer to your burning real estate question, reach out anytime and I will do my very best to help.

Aside from my amazing family, I am truly passionate about helping others. Being a teacher at heart, it gives me so much joy to do what I can to help others achieve their goals and dreams. One thing you should know is that I never do anything half way–when you have me on your side, you have a passionate advocate who will always go the extra mile to protect and promote your best interests.
Why did I create this blog?
Honestly, I could find virtually no websites that focused on the Scottsdale market in an in-depth way–mostly I found sites that showcase only listings, a few “fluff” type articles, loads of self-promotion and little else of real substance. To me, this blog fills a much needed space and it was created for buyers and sellers who enjoy reading and digging deeper into the Scottsdale real estate market.
