Before we dig in, let’s define “luxury” in our market. The luxury market in Arizona begins around $2M and goes up from there.

Finding the right Scottsdale luxury home
Finding the perfect luxury home is no easy task.
Every agent can set-up an automated search through the MLS (and this is a critical step); however, I will also reach out to my network of preferred agents in Scottsdale to find you the right home. In addition, I will tap the resources of the Top Agent Network (collection of the top 10% of agents in the county) to dig up off-market or upcoming opportunities. Depending upon market conditions, you may need an agent with the experience and resources to find hidden gems.
